NGALA Wildlife Preserve a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit foundaton located in Naples , Florida . We are a world-class event venue that safely connects people with nature. For over 20 years, we have provided outstanding educational opportunities while providing a refuge for animals in need. We offer a safe hands-on approach in a dignified manner, allowing people to get up close & personal with many species of animals. Some favorites of our community are Walter the White Rhinoceros, Coulter the Giraffe, and Luke the Eurasian Eagle Owl.
NGALA was slowly starting to recover from two back-to-back catastrophic events in 2017. First, we experienced a devastating wildfire in which Donovan was burned rescuing Walter. Five months later, we received a direct hit from category 4 hurricane Irma. Everything that survived the fire was destroyed by the hurricane.
The current state of affairs surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic has greatly impacted all of us, directly affecting our ability to support our animals and our caring staff within the preserve. Corporate, social and educational gatherings have instantaneously vanished, which is why we are seeking any resources available to us for financial support.
If your resources allow and you are willing to make a donation, any contribution would be greatly appreciated. With your gracious support and our unwavering passion and faith, we will survive these unprecedented times!
