Transplant Type: Liver
What if you were living on borrowed time?
Morgan Hardy has been given a second chance at life. She was diagnosed with end-stage liver failure, and doctors said that a liver transplant was critical to her survival. Thankfully, she received her new liver on March 20, 2021!
Despite her recent health obstacles, Morgan is grateful to have a loving and supportive family, who have been by her side every step of the way. Before her health began to decline, Morgan was used to being much more independent and active. She looks forward to fully recovering from her transplant so that she may live her life with as few limitations as possible, but right now, she needs your help.
Unfortunately, Morgan’s new life comes at a very high price.
Even though Morgan’s surgery has always taken place, and her insurance will cover a portion of the transplant costs, she still faces significant medical expenses related to the surgery. She will continue to need a lifetime of follow-up care and daily anti-rejection medications, which are as critical to her survival as the transplant itself. At this time in her transplant journey, Morgan needs help to afford the expensive prescriptions needed to keep her new liver healthy.
You can help by making a tax-deductible donation to the National Foundation for Transplants in honor of Morgan.
If you'd prefer to send your gift by mail, please send it to the National Foundation for Transplants, 3249 W. Sarazen’s Circle, Suite 100, Memphis, TN 38125. Please be sure to write "in honor of Morgan Hardy” in the memo line.
Thank you for your generosity!
