New York Rooftop Fundraiser to Support UHCCF

Event Details
New York Rooftop to Benefit UHCCF

May 16, 2019

RSVP by 4/26/19

This wonderful event is focused on raising money for children in need with a financial medical grant from UHCCF. Please consider attending the event, and/or making a donation (which is eligible for UHG company match).

UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation (UHCCF) offers timely financial support to families, so they can focus on what is most important – improving the quality of life of their child. UHCCF grants help with medical expenses not covered, or not fully covered, by their commercial health insurance. Families are not required to have UnitedHealthcare insurance to apply (over 75% of grant recipients do not), but must have any commercial health insurance as primary coverage. Often families simply need assistance to bridge a financial gap. The maximum grant award is $5,000 per child (16 or younger) with a lifetime maximum per child of $10,000.

UHCCF’s funding is provided by contributions from individuals, corporations and UnitedHealth Group employees. Every year UHCCF hosts fundraising events nationwide. Funds donated or raised in each region provide medical grants to children in that region. Please visit for more information. UHCCF has awarded more than 18,000 grants valued at over $45M to children and their families across the USA.

Q) If I’m a UnitedHealth Group employee, how do I submit my match request?

A) As an employee of UnitedHealth Group, your donation to UHCCF is eligible for a UHG match.  If  you want your donation to be matched by UHG make sure you select ‘Yes’ to the question  Do you consent to have UHCCF to submit your donation to UHG for a dollar for dollar match?  and provide your work UHG, UHC or Optum email address. Individual Ticket Purchases are not match eligible, but donations are eligible for the UHG company match

We will submit the information for your donation to an employee giving administrator for them to process the match request. We will also add the match dollars to the fundraising total on the event site.  That means that you can double your donation without having to lift a finger! Please contact if you have questions about the UHG match program
