We are asking for your financial support to help outfit two studio rooms with new dance-quality flooring, mirrors, curtains, and barres. Any contribution amount, however large or small is helpful. Children's Ballet Theater, a 501(c)3 organization, has provided performance and scholarship opportunities for children and teens in Memphis since 2003.
Children's Ballet Theater and Tennessee Ballet Theater are excited to announce that we have found a brand-new home! We searched extensively for a new facility when we found out our former location was to be sold, and that our troupe would have to move. We found a new home at 621 S White Station in Memphis that features an expansive studio space for our dancers and we are working every day on the renovation! Your donation will help us install two professional quality dance floors, to protect our young dancers as they practice their performance choreography and class work. One of the most important factors for dancers is to have a “sprung” dance floor to keep their joints and muscles healthy, as well as a professional marley floor covering to prevent slippage.
Donors or their businesses will be mentioned in our beautiful printed program at our annual Children's Ballet Theater Nutcracker at the GPAC. Sponsor-level donors have the opportunity to receive complimentary tickets, a premium ad in our Nutcracker program, and recognition on a permanent plaque at our school. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may get all your information.
