Supporters of the New Franklin School District,
In these unprecedented times, we are faced with the challenge of thinking outside of the box to continue to support our school, our community and our families. The New Franklin School District Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) has been fortunate enough to have sufficient funding this year to provide the school with the much-needed necessities to help fight this pandemic.
The PTO understands many businesses and families have been impacted by Covid-19. This year, the PTO has decided to replace our annual Pig Out for PTO live and silent auction with a community campaign. This campaign will focus on raising funds for new school signage in the elementary circle drive, new signage above the middle and high school front entrance, and the replacement of our outdated electronic sign in which parts are no longer available. This campaign will allow families and businesses to donate what they are able…every little bit adds up! Our goal is to raise enough funds from community members, alumni, businesses, organizations, memorials, etc. to complete this project by summer 2021. Let’s leave 2020 in the dust and build something we’re proud of that will last a lifetime!
The electronic sign alone will likely cost upwards of $30,000 while the elementary and middle school/high school signage could cost upwards of $15,000. Please note, the PTO is a 501(c)(3) organization, and all contributions are tax deductible. All donors will be acknowledged during our 7th annual Pig Out for PTO Curbside Pickup & Delivery Dinner to be held on Saturday, October 17th from 5:00-7:00 pm in the New Franklin School circle drive. Donors will also be recognized on the PTO’s Facebook page (New Franklin MO PTO) and during an official ribbon cutting upon the project’s completion.
If you are interested in making a donation (no matter how small or how big), please select "Donate" now. We appreciate any and all support during this challenging year!
