The Blindfold Challenge is a unique opportunity to run a 5K blindfolded with the help of a sighted guide. Joe has so graciously (and/or was forced-ha!) volunteered to be this guide for me a 7th year in a row! This experience mirrors the way that blind athletes train and run, and the tools and training that blind individuals use to succeed in their everyday lives.
Funds raised support Massachusetts organizations that provide rehabilitation, education and technology for the blind and visually impaired. This April we are honored to be part of the B.A.A. 5K for a 7th year in a row taking place this Saturday on the 14th in downtown Boston. Thanks to your support over the past 7 years we have raised over $7,700 for NBP around this event.
Every year the race has more meaning. Thank you in advance for helping support us in this cause. This is a great event and here's hoping no spills. #bostonstrong For more info on NBP please read on below or visit their website at nbp.org
