Music On Stage, a certified 501(c)3 charitable organization, is seeking your help. Due to Covid-19 our productions of The Wizard of Oz, Elf, and West Side Story were cancelled. Even though we are not performing at this time, there are still operating expenses that we incur, and for that we need your help. We are trying to reach our goal of $5000 to offset some of the operating expenses and future production costs.
We are hoping to be able to bring you Disney's Beauty and the Beast in May 2021, but we will have to play it by ear and watch the CDC and State of IL Guidelines. In the meantime, we will bring you our Virtual Holiday Cabaret on Saturday December 19th. Stay tuned for more info on how to watch. The costs of producing musicals this size and quality can cost $23,000.00+. This includes the rights to produce the show; as well as rental of the theatre facility, scenery, costumes, props etc.; as well as paying directors, choreographers, costumers, designers and orchestra members. Please help in any way you can so we can continue producing blockbuster musicals in the Northwest Suburbs.
