For anyone that went to Harrington or Lenape in the 90s and early 2000s, you can't help but remember the Schroder family. Stephanie was a southern belle that found herself in NJ :). She had a killer jumpshot, known for her two french braids, pretty sure was the president of NJ at one point and is one of the sweetest individuals from one of the nicest families I've ever been blessed to know. As the years have flown by, I’ve been lucky enough to reconnect with Stephanie and her family on Facebook, learning that her little guy Miles and her family are fighting a HELL of a battle. As a result of their journey, Stephanie and her family have started a nonprofit Childhood Cancer Foundation, MOVE FOR MILES. The MOVE FOR MILES foundation is “dedicated to funding cancer research by harnessing the Power of the most natural gift in all of us: Play.” These families spend endless hours and days in hospitals and NEED answers. For more information on the Move for Miles Childhood Cancer Foundation and Miles’ journey, please visit the MOVE FOR MILES website and/or Facebook page. My wish and hope is for all those that love Stephanie and the Schroder family like I do, PLEASE please find it in your hearts to get involved and donate to the Move for Miles Childhood Cancer Foundation to fight childhood cancer. Even the smallest donation will go a long way. PLEASE share this link and LET’S DO THIS!!!!
