Solace House is a lifeline, a support system for so many people, a place to turn when you have nowhere else to go. When times are tough, they provide much needed FREE and ongoing counseling, therapy and support for those suffering from depression, anxiety and suicidal tendancies to those with no where else to turn. With todays public health and economic circumstances, these critical services are an even higher priority and Solace House needs help.
Their annual budget is made up almost entirely from donations, and the sad reality is that their biggest annual fundraiser, the Solace Sunrise Walk, is likely to be postponed or perhaps even cancelled for this year.
Heather and I are trying to help in any way we can so that they can continue to help those people and communities most at risk. Our fundraising goal is $4,000, of which we will match every donation dollar for dollar for the first $2,000 raised so that we can try to hit or exceed this target.
Whether you or someone you know has been impacted by depression or mental health challenges, this is a crucial need at this juncture and so all contributions help in the path toward keeping this life saving service going, and so please help in any way you can or share this with anyone you think may be interested.
Thank you so much for your time and consideration.
