We need your support! Art and Community are vital to our well-being in these uncertain times.
Although the Festival will not take place in Old Mill Park this year, we ask you to stand with us in our unwavering support of independent artists and crafts-people. To keep the festival alive over the 2020 festival weekend, September 18, 19 & 20, more than a dozen local artists will be showing their work in the windows of downtown Mill Valley merchants, and the festival's iconic lanterns will illuminate the downtown Plaza. Wind chimes and other outdoor adornments will add to the festivity.
Your GoFundMe donation to our 501(c)(3) non-profit is how we can remain sustainable this year and be able to present a top-notch event next year.
Please donate what you can, at least what you would have spent at the festival this year, and invite your friends to donate too. Donations are tax deductible.
We are happy to announce that the 135 Artists who juried in this year will be invited to show in person at the 2021 festival..
“For over sixty years our little festival has been a wonderful celebration of Mill Valley’s unique culture and community. This year the responsibility to act prudently to insure everyone’s safety is our top priority. Like so much we are missing, we are hopeful that the festival will return next year for us all to enjoy”
– Steve Bajor, MVFAF Executive Director.
