On behalf of the Middle East Librarians' Association, the Social Justice Committee is excited to announce the first series of lectures to address social justice issues and promote all aspects of social justice in Middle East studies librarianship. The inaugural season will run for the 2020-2021 academic year, starting in September 2020, and will host researchers working on race and racism in the Middle East, broadly defined, and/or its diasporas.
This campaign aims to provide funding for honorariums to thank our guest speakers for offering their precious time.
Your generous support and participation are welcomed. The lectures will be free and open to the public.
