Although the boys lost their season in 2020, the Mendham Diamond Club has been busy supporting the efforts of Coach Weingart and Mendham High School Baseball. With the financial backing of our community of baseball supporters, we worked hand in hand with Coach Weingart and the leadership at Mendham High School to completely re-engineer our varsity infield last October.
We are now looking to the next phase of improving our facilities - investments that will benefit Mendham HS baseball players for many years to come! We are pairing with a great cause and are kicking off a new Capital Campaign with the goal of raising funds to make upgrades and additions to our practice areas and dugouts.
Our varsity team was invited to play in the prestigious Autism Awareness Challenge baseball tournament in North Brunswick on April 24th. As we kick off our Capital Campaign, we want to give back to the community by making a team donation to The Teamwork Unlimited Foundation, the charity organization which sponsors this special event. Their mission is to help those in need and heighten awareness about Autism.
We have set a goal of raising $12,500 for our needed improvements and 20% of every dollar raised will be donated to The Teamwork Unlimited Foundation. Our players are asking for your help in reaching this goal and supporting both of these worthy causes!
Thank you in advance for your ongoing generosity and support! We look forward to working together to build a great future for Mendham High School Baseball and to making contributions to important causes like Autism!
