Hey, I’m Charlie! I was picked up by an animal control officer and brought to Blue Mountain Humane Society. It didn’t take long for everyone to figure out that something was wrong with my hip. It had been dislocated for quite some time, causing obvious problems for my canine self. The vets from around town who met me decided I needed surgery as soon as possible and I’m glad they did!
Surgery went great and now I’m happily recovering on “kennel rest” with a big cone on my head and my hip repaired! I can’t imagine where I’d be without Winston’s Fund which is there to provide care for pets like me.
Give today to help Blue Mountain Humane Society cover my medical costs. Any extra money raised goes straight to Winston's Fund to help care for more animals like myself at Blue Mountain Humane Society!
More about Winston's Fund:
Winston’s Fund provides emergency, lifesaving veterinary care for ill and injured animals. The fund was established in 1994, in honor of a beloved pet of Randy and Kathy Kaping, Winston the Basset Hound, to provide dedicated funding to treat ill and injured pets. It was created for both owned and unowned animals with a goal of saving lives and preserving the bond between people and pets.
