Hi everyone! This year I am so honored to be a part of the Home Base charity team for the Boston Marathon. This organization is one that I am personally passionate about and wanted the opportunity to be able to support. I had reached out to the organization about volunteering, but there was not much I could do for a Boston based charity while living in Georgia. Through research and communication with the organization, I learned of their Boston Marathon charity team and saw this as an opportunity to support Home Base and as a cherry on top, get a chance to run in my "home town" marathon.
Please read more about Home Base and the amazing things they are doing for Veterans and Service Members. Your donations go directly towards supporting these individuals in need of treatment that is not always directly visible.
I will forever be in debt to this organization for the wonderful work they do.
