Brian is my cousin who I have always been extremely fond of. In his adult years I became more familiar and in awe with his ability to be one of the most genuine, caring and positive people who I am so fortunate to call family. My father and mother had so much love for him as they did his father, Paul. When my sister Toni was dying of cancer and my mother was very ill, Brian would call me to give me suport and love. I will never forget that. He also flew in for my sister's memorial service and visited my dad who was dying at the same time in the hospital. Visting my father was so incredibly special for both of them. They were able to say goodbye and I love you.
Brian would always call them, visit when he could and just give my dad such a lift of spirit. Brian was so kind to give my family a tour of the white house when he worked there and always went out of his way to help. When he met Sandra I knew they were so lucky to have found their match. They are the perfect couple. Both brilliant, strong, positive, caring and forever in love. Brian needs to keep fighting and we all need to help now more than ever!! His 2 precious girls, wife, brothers and mother need him to stay here a lot longer. The world needs him along with the ALS community.
