Friends and Family,
Mariners Refuse to Abuse 5K on July 11th will be very different then the last 6 years. The run will be virtual so no running across home plate. Training for my run has been a challenge with COVID 19 and I thought about not running. However domestic violence calls have been increasing since the "stay at home" order was put into place. Many victims are now isolated with their abuser and feeling very helpless. I need your help supporting Washington State Coalition Against Domestic Violence (WSCADV) now more than ever. If you know someone being abused WSCADV is there for you too!
I have lived the last 35 years free of abuse and want to do all I can to help others get away from their abusers. Please help me help them by sponsoring my run. Thank you
