We thank you for your generosity during our 2017 fundraising campaign.
Dan Palmier, founder of the ONE Foundation, formerly the Palmier Foundation, was able to proudly present InterVol with a check in the amount of $70,100 at a reception before the 42nd Marine Corps Marathon. Dan will be running the 43rd Marine Corps Marathon as a member of Team InterVol.
InterVol, a non-profit organization based in Rochester, New York, has a simple mission: to recover viable unused medical supplies from hospitals and clinics and distribute them to those in need. Over the last 30 years, InterVol has shipped supplies to 74 countries around the world and to 54 non profit organizations in the United States. In addition, each year InterVol supports multiple medical mission trips to countries in dire need of healthcare.

Our goal this year is $100,000. What can your donation achieve?
$10 - Provides a week of gas that helps trucks transport medical supplies to cargo ships
$100 - Provides a monthly supply of antibiotics for a child who has insufficient immunity protections
$1,000 - Provides a shipment of two pallets of medical supplies for a village
$10,000 - Provides a shipment of twenty pallets of life-saving surgical equipment for a larger community
$15,000 - Provides a village with a new surgical doctor that can respond to emergencies in hours versus days or weeks
Raising funds for InterVol aligns with the mission of The ONE Foundation. We believe that serving others is divine, and that giving is not a choice, it’s an obligation.
History: Daniel Palmier, founder and CEO of UC Funds, started The ONE Foundation, formally The Palmier Foundation, in 2014, a charitable corporation established with the purpose of giving back. "I am very blessed to have a supportive family, top notch education and great role models in my life. I am grateful for the opportunity to help someone who may not be as blessed as I am.”
Daniel Palmier funds The ONE Foundation with profits from select transactions--thereby creating a development fund, which will be further invested to maximize profits. The profits will then be distributed to selected charities in order to have the most positive global and community impact. Daniel Palmier has shown social responsibility through support of many worthwhile causes. It all started when he studied at the University of Notre Dame, where Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Daniel Palmier continued to engage in philanthropy personally and as an executive businessman. When Daniel saw the scale of what could be achieved he started The ONE Foundation with his family.
Who we are: The ONE Foundation started with the Palmier family who, as individuals, have been involved in charitable work over several generations. Now, through The ONE Foundation, they have combined their efforts to reach a broader community. Since its inception, The ONE Foundation has assisted multiple communities through many programs and organizations and will continue to do so as the Palmier’s legacy. Mission statement: The ONE Foundation acquires and grows resources to assist those in both local and global communities. Underpinned by Judeo-Christian values, The Palmier Foundation supports dozens of community-based and global charities promoting medical aid, health, arts, education, physical fitness and animal welfare.
