Back at it again with my second marathon, only this time, it's in LA. Last year my goal was to simply cross the finish line. While most thought it a noble cause to raise money for it, selfishly, I needed the extra boost of motivation and accountability. This year, I set a race goal to beat my original time of 4:30 (while also not dying) but cannot do it without the same support of friends and family. Whether you're doing it for me or yourself (reminder: donations are tax-deductible and it buys a heck of a lot of karma), you're doing even more than you can imagine for the members of Back on My Feet. Their mission: end homelessness and addiction through running. Cheers.
