Why I'm Doing This:
I am so blessed to see another year...35! I'm so incredibly blessed by all of the love, support and encouragement you all show me throughout the year. I'm also incredbibly blessed to be in a place where I'm certain about what I'm passionate about that I find joy in the work that I do everyday. This includes the opportunity support causes around youth, education and my community. I am honored to be the Board Treasurer for Lead2Change, Inc. This organization is designed for young people with a hunger for success and a drive to find their passion in life. My birthday wish is to further the impact on the lives of the youth in our community, so they too can wake up everyday grateful for the opportunity to explore their passion, to connect to future educational and career opportunities, and make an impact on the community. I can only imagine where else I would be in life if I had the opportunity to connect with Lead2Change as a youth!
My Invitation to You:
In lieu of meals, drinks, parties, gifts, etc to celebrate my birthday, I would be humbled and grateful if you donated instead to my 35 for 35 birthday campaign to support Lead2Change, Inc. My birthday wish is to raise a minimum net total of $35,000. How amazing would it be to surpass that goal and more!
No donation is too small and I will be raising funds for 35 days (until November 15th). If you can commit to $35, or $350, or $3,500 or a donation of your choice and ask 35 others to do the same, we can reach this goal together. If you cannot give at this time, please just spread the word about this amazing organization, committ to volunteering with us, or just encourage a youth today to find their passion and connect them to us!
