SWEAT YOUR WAY
Your "challenge" for this year is to demonstrate Perseverance throughout your workouts in a time of uncertainty. All participants can choose what workouts they want to do and what intensity that is best for them at any time after 8 am on August 15th. Workouts will range from high-intensity speed and agility training to activities suitable for adult recreational or less competitive athletes. Activities accessible to all through videos posted on the youtube channel Maddie Potts Fitness Challenge. Or just walk, run, and bike around to get active. All participants are encouraged to use the hashtag #mpfitness2020 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to show you are joining along and supporting!
Where: The videos will be posted on the youtube channel Maddie Potts Fitness Challenge and you can follow along from the comfort of your own home!
When: Saturday, August 15, 2020, videos will be posted at 8 AM and will be available for the rest of the day.
Session Details: Participants can join in at any time throughout the day and try out any video workout session or chose to walk, run, or bike by themselves. Videos will range from 15 minutes to 30 minutes.
Registration Cost: No fee but donations are appreciated.
What You'll Get: The opportunity to partake in a great workout to remember Maddie, demonstrate your Perseverance, as well as donate to a great cause.
