SWEAT YOUR WAY
Your "challenge" for this year is to demonstrate Perseverance throughout your workout or continue to join additional workouts if space is available. A red flag means the session is full a green flag identifies there is space open to join in. All participants can choose a workout time and intensity that is best for them. Workouts will range from high-intensity speed and agility training to activities suitable for adult recreational or less competitive athletes, activities accessible to all through an adaptive obstacle course, and yoga. Or just sign up to walk or run laps around the challenge itself! The 2nd annual event will also include two competitive bike races and a citizens ride as well as an all-day disc golf tournament. All participants must have submitted an online waiver, sign a waiver at check in or present a printed signed waiver at check in.
CHALLENGE AS A TEAM
Get together with your teammates and determine the session and time, use discount code team11 if you have more then 11 members. For a family of four or more, use discount code fam4. Click on the register button to create a Team or Individual account and sign up for the session you decided on. Once the session and time slot is full the session will be closed.
NEW ENGLAND REVOLUTION ACADEMY SOCCER CLINIC
In addition to a powerhouse workout, sign up for New England Revolution Academy Soccer Clinic. Coaches from the Rev's will work with middle school athletes between 8-9am and high school athletes between 9-10am. Don't miss this opportunity to work directly with coaches from the Revs. Feel free to play a pickup soccer game on the additional soccer field.
WOMENS LACROSSE CLINIC
Jessica Scannapieco Women's Lacrosse Head Coach Johnson & Wales University will be working with girls to strengthen their LAX skills. Join us for an hour of lacrosse fun! This one hour skills clinic will be run by the Johnson & Wales University and Bridgewater State University coaching staff. The clinic is open to players of all ages, positions, and skill level and will focus on fundamental skill and small sided competitive games! This clinic will take place from 10-11am and 11-12 noon. Feel free to play a pick up LAX game on the additional LAX field.
TinyTykes Challenger Sports Soccer Clinic for ages 2-6.
TinyTykes is an exciting program that teaches basic soccer skills while focusing on motor skill development, balance, coordination, concentration, listening skills and teamwork for players ages 2-6. Challengers professional coaches will take your young player on a journey to imaginary destinations of Dinosaurs, Princesses, Dragons, and more; through soccer, music, storytelling, and games. All participants must have submitted an online waiver, sign a waiver at check in or present a printed signed waiver at check in.

Where: Ninigret Park, 5 Park Ln, Charlestown, RI 02813
When: Saturday, August 17, 2019, from 8 AM - 5 PM. Workouts run from 8 AM to 2 PM, with the bike race taking place from 2PM - 5 PM rain or shine.
Arrival Time: Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled work out time to check in under the registration canopy, don't forget about beach traffic! All participants must sign a waiver at check in. Please print the waiver if you want to save time. The first workout sessions will start promptly at 8 AM. After the opening convocation by Wayne Eberly of Dunns Corners Community Church Presbyterian. New groups start every hour. Workouts will end at 2 PM. Stay for an inspiring closing ceremony if you can! Then enjoy the bike race or a picnic at the park.
Session Details: All participants must have submitted an online waiver, sign a waiver at check in or present a printed signed waiver at check in. Sessions are 55 minutes with a maximum of 25 participants, led by 1 professional trainer. There will be up to 11 simultaneous groups of various skill levels training per hour. The A bike race can have a max of 75 participants and the B race 50 and the citicens ride 30.
Registration Cost: $33 per person

MADDIE POTTS FOUNDATION GOALS
The mission of the Maddie Potts Foundation is to continue Maddies spirit of sportsmanship, leadership and perseverance and reward individuals with similar characteristics. OUR GOAL is to raise $36,000 and train over 1,100 participants! We're partnering with Positive Tracks, an organization that teaches young people how to sweat for good.
The Foundation will continue to hand out two $1,100.00 scholarships to athletes from Chariho High School, one $1,100.00 scholarship to an art student from Chariho High School, in addition to making a $1,100.00 donation to Chariho Unified Athletics, while continuing to encourage all coaches to incorporate the Positive Coaching Alliance philosophy into their programs, through the Maddie Potts Coaching Symposium. In addition, The Foundation has a long term commitment to improving the athletic facilities on the Chariho campus by building the 3,000 square foot Maddie Potts Field House in April of 2020.
