Luis, along with 3 female chis, were dumped on a gravel road by a man who was apparently done breeding. It was very cold with deep snow, and they were lucky be be found before they froze. Luis very quickly discovered what it was to be loved and enjoys his humans and his canine friends. We believe he has more time left and are caring for him hoping to turn around his kidneys.
Thank you all who have gone through this yourself or have helped us out in the past. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers also. Again, Luis and all of us thank youh kidney disease. We are taking special efforts with renal diet and he is needing syringe feeding right now as high blood levels can depress his appetite. He also gets fluids every day. If we can get enough fluids and appropriate food into him, we hope he will pull through and enjoy more time with his humans who love him so much.
No donation is too small. Obviously this bill will need help to cover as no one in rescue are millionaires. So if you can send $10 or $100, we will appreciate it so much. You can donate through this GoFundMe platform or through our paypal page, firstname.lastname@example.org.
