About Lenny

Hi!    It's me, Lenny!

I am a Great Pyrenees/ rough coated collie /maybe part husky, I just don't know !

I have some thing’s that I am thankful for.

1.  GPPR saved me from a lot of pain & sadness, because I had been shot in the face & left to roam for months ;

2.  They fixed my eye by having a surgeon remove it, and they removed some of the buckshot as well, and I felt so much better ;

3.  The rescue sent me to this great place called Oregon, to live in a wonderful foster home that is taking care of me while my jaw is unable to open properly, and it hurts to chew  ;

4.  Now I am getting ready for another round of surgeries to fix my jaw.....and I need your help!

I have been told that my next round of specialist vet bills will be almost $10,000!  I need a special CT scan to see all of the damage in my jaw, and then I will have a very special dental surgeon work on fixing everything so I can open my mouth and chew on things again!  I may even be hospitalized for a few days - so that has me worried as well!   My rescue has been working hard saving so many dogs, and now they need help paying for my upcoming specialist bills!

I really appreciate anything you can give, big or small, so that I can be painfree and able to eat regular food again!   I am especially looking forward to chewing on bones & toys again !
