Bruno is a very special boy who is approximately 5 years old. Bruno was relinquished twice to two different shelters because the owners did not know how to best deal with him. Why would they relinquish? Because he is a barker. He barks at all noises, people, movements… you name it. That does not seem to be changing with training and a calm environment. Bruno in the past had an electronic shock collar on him and it appears to have caused permanent trauma. Since being placed in foster care, he has blossomed into a loving, goofy companion. But… the barking continues. So, to find his perfect home has been a challenge. He needs a home with a secure fenced yard. No strangers and no walks. He launches out any door, so he needs to be leashed if people come. He is a special boy. He would be a great companion for a single woman who does not live in an apartment. Until we find his perfect forever home the Alternative Humane Society is committed to his long-term foster care. We cover all his veterinary expenses, food, and supplies. His foster is committed to on-going training and will continue to provide a safe and loving home.
We are raising money to help support Bruno in his long-term foster care needs. Thank you so much for your support. If you believe Bruno would be a good fit for your home please fill out a Statement of Interest on the Alternative Humane Society webpage. https://alternative-humane-society.com/
