2018 has been our best year yet. We covered more events and raised more adoption funding compared to previous years. Thank you to everyone who hired us and we hope you were blessed by becoming part of an adoption story.
So why is Leverage Photography raising funds? There are two reasons. First, we are still committed in donating 100% of all sports photography proceeds for adoptions. We show up, you pay for our services, then we give it all away! This has allowed us to raise over $110,000 for adoptions in 5 years. In 2018 alone, we raised over $40,000. We provided more funds to more of our families than ever before.
We showed up to over 200 games, matches, and events in 2018. We took A LOT of photos. Some of our equipment needs replaced. Raising funds for replacement equipment will allow us to continue to provide our services you have grown to love.
The second reason for raising funds - we have a new dream. In short, we are looking into ways we can help under-served high schools with our event and sports photography knowledge, skills and equipment. We've dreamed about this for about a year and we are now taking steps to put this dream into action.
