I am Coach Corey, I have been teaching group fitness classes for the past 3 years with specialties in boxing and HIIT. My main gig is as a research specialist at Hollings Cancer Center, where I see first hand the costs of this great fight financially and emotionally. With a little bit of new free time added to my day and running out of seasons of "This Is Us," to watch with my fiancee, I have decided to release weekly at home workout videos for people to do from their living room! I am doing these workout videos in support of the American Cancer Society, where 100% of money raised will go to this awesome foundation. I will be streaming these workouts via Zoom starting this Saturday April 25th. The workouts will be free, but I highly encourage you to donate a little for each workout you participate in. If we raise $50 together this first workout, I will release 2 videos a week, $100? 3 workouts, and if we can make it to $200 I will be releasing 4 a week until this whole situation blows over. Bring your water bottles and workout clothes. The format of the first class will be a bootcamp style workout for 30 minutes, so 30 minutes of high intensity intervals split up with short periods of rest or active recovery. Just because the world has stopped doesn't mean we have to, and neither does the fight for a cure. Thank you so much for your time, and I hope to see you all this Saturday!!
