You can make a difference by giving $10+ to bring freedom.
We believe that everyone deserves to be free. So during the LBD.Project we wear the same black item each day in March to bring freedom to modern slaves, also known as human trafficking victims. Through this act we raise awareness, advocate, and fundraise for partner organizations, like the Alabaster Jar Project.
The Alabaster Jar Project in Escondido, CA works with survivors as they transition out of the life of trafficking.
WHAT THEY DO
1. Operate a Drop-In Resource Center in North County San Diego which provides clothing, toiletries, nonperishable food items, and baby needs.
2. Provide a safe living environment and transitional housing that facilitates spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional healing along with an array of support services and educational opportunities.
3. Provide vocational opportunities and training through our social enterprise.
