At The Hope Project, we work hard to raise awareness and to provide opportunities and resources to vulnerable children and families living in the Las Vegas area.
Our efforts to eliminate disparities in low-income communities began in Sacramento, CA in 2013 and have since expanded to the state of NV.
As a resident of Las Vegas and an advocate for vulnerable children, I am reaching out to donors such as yourself, asking for your support.
As you may know, families in Las Vegas depend heavily on tourism for jobs and due to the closing of hotels, casinos, restaurants, and travel services, most have been laid off and is without an income to support their children. In fact, "Nevada’s rate of increase for new unemployment claims is the highest in the nation. And as families await funds to arrive, children run the risk of missing meals and contracting and carrying the virus. As you can see, these families can really use your support right now.
So, please donate today! It does not take much. A small donation of $5, $10, $20 or $50 will help us buy necessities such as food, hand sanitizers, cleaning products, tissue and more.
All donations made to THP are tax-deductible and anyone donating to this campaign could have their names displayed on the organization's website (at donor's request).
So, please make a difference today! Who knows, your donation could literally save a person's life!
