Did you know May is National Foster Care Month???
Please join us as Mixed Roots Foundation closes out National Foster Care Month on the last day of May and celebrates its 8 Year Anniversary by teaming up with the Los Angeles Dodgers again this year and has a goal of sending 1,500 adopted, foster youth and their families to the 7th Annual Adoptee Night at Dodger Stadium! It will be a very special night for all who are touched by adoption and foster care.
Mixed Roots Foundation will also be featuring its newest Jr. Ambassador, Kaleya Ervin who will be representing Mixed Roots Foundation out on the field! Kaleya is 12 years old, Mixed African American and Hawaiin, adopted out of foster care when she was 3-1/2 years old, sings, plays the piano, and is legally blind!
Help Mixed Roots Foundation and Kaleya Go to Bat for Kids and send a kid like her to their first LA Dodgers game by donating $25 or more and each kid will get a ticket to the game!
Thank you for making a difference through your support and participation - We look forward to seeing all of you soon from Grass Roots to Mixed Roots!! GO DODGERS!!!
