For the 2nd year, I am joining nearly 200 amazing men and women as we lift weights and workout to raise awareness of the 137 types of blood cancers and leukemia that afflict millions of people across the globe.
My challenge this year is to complete 137 workouts/fitness activity in 250 days.
I am also challenging myself to do 137 different types of weightlifting exercises involving dumbells, barbells, kettlebells, and other exercise weights - without machines!
Last year, my challenge became more personal as one of my dear friends began her battle with blood cancer during our challenge. She has undergone a stem cell transplant to rid her body of the cancer and now she's starting over - literally. But the fight is not done.
