Did you know there are 137 types of blood cancer and leukemias?
Inspired by my friend, Rebecca, battling her own early stage diagnosis, I am joining a group of like-minded friends to #Lift2BeatBloodCancer by raising awareness and money to support blood cancer research - and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
My Peak Challenge for 2018, is to complete 137 workouts from Jan 24-Sept 30; one for each type of blood cancer. I do not have a set weight amount, but would like to increase my accumulative weight each time as I gain strength and confidence in my fitness program.
