TAKE ‘Pride’ 💙 IN GIVING
Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ “global fans” unite in donating to Global Autism Project
This GLOBAL AUTISM PROJECT – KTG fans fundraiser was inspired by and is dedicated to Kıvanç (‘pride’) Tatlıtuğ - the Turkish actor whose touching performance as a single father desperate to connect with his autistic son, touched our hearts in the 2018 limited international release film Hadi Be Oğlum (Come on, my Son).
Whether you donate $500 or $50, or $10, every little bit helps. Your contribution will make an impact in bringing much needed training, services and resources to the autistic communities in various areas of the world to improve the lives of children, families, and individuals living with Autism.
Launched & facilitated by Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ GLOBAL Fan Club in collaboration with many “region” based and other Kivanc-related fan groups, we encourage fans across the globe in donating as a show of support to this worthy cause, whose awareness was heightened by the film through the story portrayed by Kıvanç’s & other talented cast members including the unforgettable Alihan Türkdemir, as Efe.
THE CHARITY – GLOBAL AUTISM PROJECT: Fans across the globe and anyone with a heart for Autism, is encouraged to donate to this worthy cause through this amazing outreach training and enabling global Non-profit group devoted to training autism support centers around the world.
GLOBAL AUTISM PROJECT - Mission
To build local capacity to provide services to individuals with autism in under-served communities Worldwide.
The Global Autism Project is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging the global gap in the resources and understanding of autism. We are committed to empowering communities worldwide to address the needs of individuals affected by autism through education, outreach, training, and the promotion of acceptance and compassion.
To address the lack of resources and extremely limited understanding of autism that plagues many under-served populations, we partner with autism centers established by local individuals. Our community empowerment model supports systemic change by providing family and community education through workshops and hands-on training.
We believe in embracing the talent and resources of the communities we serve by furnishing them with tools that engender self-reliance, sustainable development, and continued innovation. Through this comprehensive, bottom-up approach, it is our vision to build a world in which all individuals affected by autism have access to effective services.
