February 10, 2012, has forever changed our lives. Joseph was six years old and was in his fifth month of kindergarten when he was diagnosed with Leukemia. When I was told treatment would be 3 years and 2 months, I thought “how would we get through this?”. That’s 1,668,960 minutes. 27,816 hours. 1159 days. How do you measure your life? The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) was one of our lifelines. The support and education LLS provided gave me hope and confidence.
Through fundraising and research, we are at a 90% cure rate. That number is not good enough for me and it shouldn’t be for you either. The medical community is ever so close to 100%. You can make that happen.
Kerr is witness to Joe’s journey and many others like Joe. He’s seen the faith, courage, love and hope.
Not only is Kerr is raising money that will be directly donated to the LLS…Kerr is donating his hair to Wigs for Kids.
Your life changes when you see a child with cancer. Help us give hope, love and faith to another family.
