Help us keep our families housed.
Affordable housing plays a critical role in reducing homelessness; yet, it remains one of the nation's longstanding challenges. In 2020 (prior to the impact of COVID-19), Orange County Community Housing Corporation (OCCHC) received over 650 applications from families who were, and still are, in desperate need of affordable housing. Once the pandemic hit, the calls for help increased drastically with a greater need for housing and support services.
Our low-income families, many who work in the service industry, are greatly affected by the pandemic. OCCHC is committed to ensuring that our families remain housed and are provided with the resources needed to continue on a path to self-sufficiency during the coronavirus crisis. We kindly ask that you join us in supporting our families in need. Your gift will help provide rental assistance, counseling, education and other support services needed to prevent our families from entering or re-entering the cycle of homelessness.
Together, we're not just providing a house, but a home and a future.
