Throughout the challenges of the past year, SNAP leaders have had to keep in touch with survivors, families, advocates and other supporters virtually. These groups have been very successful and we are looking forward to continuing and expanding these groups. In order to do so, we need at least 12 additional Zoom licenses to cover our survivor support networks in the United States (the East, Central, Mountain, West and National regions) as well as in Canada, Europe, South America, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan.
Fortunately, an anonymous couple wishes to support this effort to raise funds for the much-needed Zoom licenses with a $2,000 matching challenge grant. You may be asking yourself, “Now what is that exactly?” A matching challenge grant is one wherein a donor is willing to match dollar-for-dollar the contributions made by other people to a specific project up to a certain amount of money (in this case, $2,000). So, we’ve set up this GoFundMe fundraiser for our matching challenge grant campaign. If you help us raise $2,000 in the weeks ahead, we will, in essence, raise $4,000 in total for this project.
SNAP needs your help and generosity to achieve our $2,000 goal.
Whether you are able to donate or not, please share this special GoFundMe matching challenge grant fundraiser for acquiring more Zoom licenses for our SNAP leaders via your personal email, Facebook, Twitter, or other social media accounts.
Thank you for your support!
