My family and I opened our venue in August 2011. Club Radioactive was the idea of my then 15-year-old daughter Ale Gibson. What began as a fun place for teens, turned into something greater. We became a nonprofit 501 (c) 3 in 2015 and renamed our venue the Radioactive Events Center. Our mission is to provide a platform for artists and musicians to learn, grow, and showcase their talents. Our doors are open to high school students interested in learning and working in the music and arts entertainment industry. Students attending Lenape Technical School in Ford City, Pennsylvania, come to our location for job shadowing and volunteering opportunities.
In eight years we have hosted concerts with bands from across the United States and the world. We partnered with other organizations to help fundraising efforts to support a Spring and Fall Art & Music Fest. Some of the organizations include the National Breast Cancer Association, Autism Speaks, Armstrong Girls Volleyball Team, and the Orphans of the Storm Animal Shelter. It is my sincere hope to continue to give the youths of our communities a place to enjoy music and the arts.
Your donations will help pay our expenses related to the operation of our venue. Rents, utilities, and equipment.
