Help Grandma Take Care of Grandkids After the Loss of Her Daughter to Addiction
Jesse Banks passed away on December 7, 2020 in Boca Raton, at the age of 28, after a long battle with addiction, bipolar disorder, and mental health challenges.
Although Jesse is no longer with us, we are raising money to keep her children together and help with the challenges due to her unexpected death. We hope your donations will help keep Jesse’s children away from the challenges their mother faced and in the loving care of Jesse’s mother.
Jesse’s mother, Phyllis, a pre-school teacher with minimal resources and income has agreed to raise the children Jesse left behind – 11-month-old (Kashton), two-year-old (Star), and nine-year-old (Quinnlen). But she needs help to take care of her grandchildren.
Jesse was also related to co-founder of The Hope and Healing Foundation Inc. Nicole Albanese-Bell. She remember’s Jesse baking, cooking, and her strong convictions and faith. She would often help strangers without seeking any credit and her positive energy could light up a room. She loved to help the homeless, and those struggling with addiction and prostitution. Jesse enjoyed spending time with her children and family. Mrs. Albanese-Bell knows it was Jesse’s deepest desire to ensure that her children were well taken care of and do not have to face the same demons she did.
Please donate to help their family adjust to life without Jesse.
