KCPA Giving Tuesday May 5th
In honor of Giving Tuesday, Go Fund Me has offered to provide a $1000 match to non-profits whose fundraising efforts meet $1000 with 10 or more donors. We are asking you to help KCPA earn this match.
If you donate to our fundraiser, you will be included in a drawing for a $50 gift certificate to a small business or non profit of your choice! We will be drawing 2 names from our donating supporters on Wednesday May 6th to help spread the love!
In these unprecedented times, many of our friends and community small businesses are experiencing financial hardship. Non-profit organizations are not immune to financial challenges, and many, including KCPA, have been impacted. As summer approaches and our futures remains uncertain, KCPA is dedicated to providing a safe place for students to continue to experience the joy and mental well being the arts brings into each of our lives. Thanks to the efforts of our tireless staff and teachers, 100% of our classes are now offered on-line. Our artistic director, Ms. Angela, has taken the extra step to offer story times and free public exercise classes on-line as well.
Since our inception, KCPA has instituted a policy that we will never turn away students facing financial hardships. We have students whose families can no longer afford to send their children to classes in this time and are committed to ensuring all students who wish to participate are able to do so.
With your help, we can continue to offer classes to our student body, continue to pay our teachers, continue to maintain our facilities, and, most importantly, give back to the communities we serve.
