My name is Steve O’Reilly. I was born and raised in Framingham and now live in Marlborough with my wife Katie, and our two rescue labs, Abby and Clyde. I have been an athlete my whole life but only started running about 6 years ago. I have completed 10 half marathons and 1 marathon. To say that running has saved my life is an understatement. Katie got me into running and at first, I wasn’t a fan. I have grown to love running and can’t go but a few days not running without crawling out of my skin!!!
I am so honored to run the Boston Marathon in honor of Krystle. I was near the finish line that day waiting for Katie so I feel a personal connection to Krystle. It’s a privilege to be part of this amazing team and to run in honor of Krystle.
Please consider joining me in my fundraising efforts by making a donation to the Krystle Campbell Memorial Fund
Thank you so much

Krystle Campbell was one of the three victims who lost their life during the April 15th, 2013 bombings at the Boston Marathon finish line. Krystle was a close friend to many throughout the Boston area. Krystle’s family and friends enjoy celebrating her life by remembering her infectious energy and enthusiasm, her love of family and friends, and her kind-hearted nature that is displayed toward all.
In the wake of Krystle's loss, the Campbell's worked collaboratively with The Boston Foundation to establish a memorial fund in her name. Since 2013 the donations contributed to the Krystle Campbell Memorial Fund have been dispersed by her family in her honor to a variety of non-profit organizations and community betterment projects in the Greater Boston Area.
Most recently, the Campbell family along with the TBF donated $125,000 to the Center for Citizenship and Social Responsiblity (CCSR) at Medford Public Schools. CCSR is an extracurricular program where students complete a vareity of student lead community betterment projects that impact the Medford community and beyond.
