Dear Family and Friends,
On January 12, 2020, I will be participating in the 11th Annual Tampa Bay Frogman Swim. It is a 5K open water swim across Tampa Bay. It is also an annual fundraiser with 100% of the proceeds going to The Navy SEAL Foundation. I am honored to participate as one of 175 swimmers. I will be swimming for the families and souls of the brave soldiers who lost their lives serving our country.
I have a close family friend who is a retired Navy SEAL. I grew up watching his family support him through several deployments as well as looking up to him as a hero. We are thankful that he came home safely and returned to his family and friends. I swim to remember that not all warriors come home safe. Some come home injured or shaken by the memories of war. Some do not return at all. I swim to raise money for the SEALs’ families, to help them as much as I can, and knowing I will never be able to match the sacrifice their loved ones and family members endured for my safety and the safety of our country. Please support me in swimming in The Tampa Bay Frogman Swim and make a donation to me and for the Navy SEAL Foundation. By doing so, we are showing our support and supplementing resources to empower them through day to day life. With your donation, you’re helping a family whose loved one gave their life for our country.
