Karmyn arrived at PPR from a NY kill shelter where she was going to be euthanized. We pulled this beautiful girl just in time! When she arrived in our care we knew right away she would need lots of special care and knew she had Cushings. We have her Cushings under control so she was spayed, had a hernia repaired, and excess tissue from her mouth removed. Unfortunately, the mouth lumps came back with a vengence! A soft tissue surgeon knows how just to fix her though!
Karmyn will need the salivary glands removed from both sides of her neck, the lumps drained, and excess tissue removed. The surgery is not cheap and we need to raise $2000 by May 17th to rid Karmyn of the mouth lumps that are constantly bleeding and making it difficult for Karmyn to eat.
