Rush Week is a Philadelphia and New York-based dream-pop band made up of vocalist Rachel K. Haines and instrumentalist/producer James Benjamin Thomas. Inspired by all the greats of the last three decades, the eclectically-influenced duo formed in 2016 and was signed to the Madrid-based record label Elefant Records in 2017.
After the release of their debut album Feels (2018), Atwood Magazine stated:

Rush Week has had two songs featured in the popular Netflix series Elite and will have a song featured in the upcoming Netflix series The Mess You Left Behind. Their sophomore album Past Lives was recently released in June 2020.
Cory Wade is a multi-medium entertainer and activist, most well known for competing and placing third on cycle 20 of America's Next Top Model. Beyond the notoriety garnered through his reality TV stint, Cory Wade is a fiercely talented musician and a prominent voice within the LGBTQ+ community. He has toured the US to speak at multiple colleges & universities on effective allyship, inclusion, equality and human understanding. Cory also teaches sex-education with a non-for profit called S.T.A.R. in which he talks to kids in grades 5 through 7 about things like puberty, safe sex, sexuality, gender, identity & all other realms of self discovery in adolescent development. Tyler James Bellinger of the band KNGDAVD has amassed over 5 million plays on Spotify. KNGDAVD’s single, ‘Blood on Our Hands’ has been featured in Guiness’ 200th anniversary commercials, and the trailer for the new movie “The Public.” KNGDAVD’s single "You Never Know" was featured in the Marvel TV show Cloak and Dagger, and their song "Say My Name" is featured in the new season of Netflix's “Lucifer.”
Bellinger wrote Australian singer Meg Mac's US Single "Don't Need Permission" and Spanish pop artist Blas Canto’s song "Save Me". Bellinger’s single “Giving You Up” was featured on NBC’s “Songland” and recently passed 5 million plays, as well as being featured on Apple Music’s “A List Pop” and “Today’s Easy Hits” playlists. Bellinger is currently writing for Rozes’ new album and has a track on the new Robin Schulz album coming in fall 2020.
Samuel Ruiz is a New York City based vocalist who inherited a love of power ballads by renowned artists such as Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, and Andrea Bocelli. A native of South Carolina, he received his Bachelor of Music Education with a concentration in Vocal Performance and Pedagogy from Coker University located in Hartsville, SC. Samuel was a Hollywood week semi finalist on season 11 of American Idol and has performed in multiple NYC cabarets and music venues throughout the city. Kaiser Ghausi is a singer/songwriter who has recently released his first album called "Dreams for Musicians." In July, Kaiser played live for the first time in an outdoor performance at his summer camp. It was a success and his songs were well received!
