Jojo and Chloe Run the NYC Marathon to support APBD research for the 6th year!
Jojo and Chloe run for those who can no longer walk. They run to raise awareness of Adult Polyglucosan Body Disease - APBD - a disease that can eventually rob patients of the use of their legs. APBD is a degenerative neurological disease affecting adults over age 35, which is often misdiagnosed as MS or ALS. Many sufferers go from doctor to doctor for 5 to 10 years searching for an accurate diagnosis. The APBD Research Foundation is working tirelessly to change this reality. Focused on promoting awareness and early diagnosis and funding research at top universities around the world, the Foundation is leading the effort to advance APBD research to develop treatments and a cure. Join us in supporting Jojo and Chloe to provide hope and help to people suffering from APBD. Donate today to help us meet our goal of raising $60,000.
