2020 was a ruff year for everyone! But Joey had it pretty tough! About three weeks ago, Joey got snatched up by a hungry hawk. According to witnesses, Joey put up quite the fight. The hawk gave up and Joey plummeted from the sky! Fortunately, a Good Samaritan scooped him up and brought him to the Pet Adoption League of Gem County, where emergency medical care saved his life. Sadly, Joey broke his leg in multiple places, and it had to be amputated. Like many of the animals who end up in our care, the price of saving lives is very costly. One hundred percent of our life saving efforts are reliant on community donations. We are able to stay in business because of kind people like you. Won’t you please make a small donation to help us recover the costs of treating Joey and ensuring that the next dog or cat that comes in needing treatment gets it? Please share this campaign with your furry loving friends! Thank you!!!
