A Note from Joe about empowering teens and developing resilient leaders.
Teens In Public Service (TIPS) is a really good idea. It has stood the test of time, through recessions and now, a pandemic. Whenever TIPS was challenged it just got better. Now more than ever, we need Teens In Public Service to serve our community and to create a new generation of compassionate informed leaders capable of making our world better and inspired to do so.
Teens In Public Service (TIPS) interviews, selects and hires the best and the brightest high school students to carry out paid summer internships at nonprofit organizations; empowering teens to give back to their community while developing leadership skills that will last a lifetime.
With your generosity, we can raise funds to support opportunities that benefit our community by connecting charitable causes with outstanding teen interns.
Every dollar raised goes towards the intern wages and administration of the TIPS Summer Internship Program. Your donation directly helps TIPS hire more teens committed to supporting their community through summer-long internships at charitable causes.
