Hello - I am Tara Matthews!
After working with a large NGO in Haiti and Africa, I've learned that you don't need to be part of a huge organization to help people. Each one of us can make a difference by helping just one person at a time -- especially a child.
That's why I'm working with Youthful Faces. Why? 501 (c)(3) Not-for-Profit. Tiny overhead. No salaries. Good people with generous hearts.
Help us build the first Jenga house for 7 orphaned siblings - Albanus, Steven, Anna, Musembi, Muteo, Rhodah and Mutie. These sweet kids deserve a real home. I will share updates, photos, and stories LIVE from the project site in Kenya in late June.
Please make the dream of a new home come true by making a donation. Every dollar counts.
Thank you for believing in me and Youthful Faces.
For 15 years, Youthful Faces has been helping orphaned children both infected and affected by HIV/AIDS secure food, health care, and educational support to help improve their lives and possibilities for a brighter future.
As we continue to provide this support, we are also looking to expand our care for these children and their families with the provision of improved housing. For too many of the children we serve, substandard housing has a big impact on their physical and mental wellbeing. Every child deserves a healthy home - a place they feel safe and happy. You can help us build a better tomorrow, brick by brick.
