Update: I cannot express how grateful I am to all of you. Thank you for showing your support to my dad through your donations. My Dad was the strongest man I know and he didnt get his chance to fight, but with your donations, maybe someone else down the line might be able to live a healthy and full life by beating brain cancer. You showed up and I will always remember. —Adam
It is with great sadness that I am sharing that my Dad, Jack Freindlich, passed away suddenly yesterday. Three weeks ago, he suffered a seizure as the result of an undiagnosed brain tumor. He had immediate surgery to remove the tumor and had been recovering at a rehab facility. On Thursday, he was diagnosed with grade 4 glioblastoma, a particularly aggressive form of brain cancer. He was pursuing treatment options when he collapsed on Saturday morning from a heart attack. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 27 at 1PM at Gutterman and Musicant Funeral Home in Hackensack. If you would like to make a donation for brain tumor research, you can do so on this fundraiser dedicated to my dad.
