With great joy we announce the formation and launch of our new Foundation:
HANDS & HEARTS OF HOPE FOUNDATION: Bringing hope, upliftment and transformation through the healing power of caring hearts.
The HANDS & HEARTS OF HOPE FOUNDATION (HHH) was founded by Patti Rayner and Michael Hubbard. Patti’s 35 years of dedicated service and vision as the Executive Director of the Heartfelt Foundation has been a cornerstone in the community service experience. Michael Hubbard, an entertainment executive and Producer has founded and served in various non-profit organizations over the past 25 years. They are bringing together experience, heart, resources and a powerful, committed team to continue meeting and overcoming the challenges in the lives of the underserved and overlooked. The goals of HHH are to provide immediate, responsive outreach to people across all age barriers that are in critical need, and have fallen through the cracks of life; as well as to continually identify and assist the underserved in our community. Additionally we will offer innovative training and programs designed to support and uplift those individuals in transforming their circumstances, and becoming active members of society and their communities.
To jubilantly launch Hands and Hearts of Hope, and support our charitable work, we're asking for your support and to JOIN US:

This event will feature an exciting line-up of celebrity comedians and entertainers who are lending their hearts and talent to support HHH in supporting those in need. This evening of fun and comedy is a fundraising event targeted to provide help that lasts much beyond this special evening!
Our fundraising goal is $100,000.
Proceeds raised from this event will benefit the following 3 organizations:
1. Hands & Hearts of Hope Foundation:
Bringing hope, upliftment, and
transformation through the healing
power of caring hearts.
2. The Comedians Assistance Fund:
(Founded by The Comedy Store)
To provide support for all comedians
in need, including financial and
medical support.
3. Cancer Support Community Los
Angeles (CSCLA): Uniting the
Wellness Community and Gilda’s Club Worldwide by providing free services,
support, and education to help
people cope with cancer.
