It is hard to accept the death of a loved one when you don’t have the chance to say goodbye, especially when they are taken so suddenly. This is something I had to endure when my father passed at the young age of 46. You never really know what it’s like until you are the one going through yourself, but you look to God because he’s the only one who can comfort you in a such a time,.
I was a young mother of a two-year-old myself, my sisters were 17 and 14, and my brother was 12. At the time we often took life for granted without realizing how blessed we were to have our loved ones around. Although it came suddenly and looking back it certainly was hard to get through I am proud to be his daughter and I find peace in knowing he left a huge impact on people through his thoughtfulness and respect. We can kindly hope that those traits live on us his children.
I'd like to say were also extremely lucky to have our mother by our side every single step of the way to watch over all of us who had to be our only rock on Earth .
In my dads honor I choose life, light , and love.
Together, we can honor him by bringing awareness to heart disease which is what took him too soon. We all go through hardships and deal with them in our own way but only God can choose when we come and go from this earth. We must bring heart and stroke awarnes to all as much as possible.
In memory of my late father this holiday season until February 28, the day my father passed away, I ask that you kindly donate to the American Heart Association in his name to help my family and I honor him 20 years after his leaving this earth.
Gone but Always in our hearts and Minds.
With so much gratitude, my family and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts and wish you all blessings and joy this holiday season.❤
