August 8, 2021 marks 10 years since Bonnie passed away from lung cancer at 54 years old.
Not a day goes by without us thinking about her.
Bonnie was a role model to many, a healer, an educator, a remarkable and loving wife and a compassionate mother who instilled in us strong values, drive, and passion. She dedicated her life to helping others.
During the course of her cancer treatment, Bonnie participated in numerous clinical trials. She knew that even if these did not benefit her directly, her contribution to science would help make a difference in the lives of future patients and hopefully ultimately lead to breakthroughs in new treatment options.
As this year marks the 10th anniversary of her passing, we are collecting donations to the National Foundation for Cancer Research (NFCR). NFCR’s mission is to provide scientists in the lab the funding they need to make game-changing discoveries in cancer treatments, detection, prevention and ultimately, a cure. Please join our family in remembering Bonnie as a source of inspiration for all.
Thank you for your generous support.
With our deepest gratitude and love,
Sara, Karen, and David
